(RE)VERSVS: A Contemporary Art Exhibition Promoting a Culture of Harmony at the Vatican

The Vatican Apostolic Library is proud to present (RE)VERSVS, a contemporary art exhibition featuring the works of Brazilian Franciscan Friar Minor, Father Sidival Fila. This exhibition, which runs from April 28th to July 15th, showcases Fr. Fila's art created through the re-use and recovery of waste, aligning with the magisterium of Pope Francis on the central theme of the "culture of waste."

Through his art, Fr. Fila seeks to give new life to discarded materials, offering a reflection on our consumption habits and the impact of waste on our planet. This exhibition is an opportunity to contemplate the "culture of waste" and to promote a "culture of harmony" through art and study, as highlighted by Pope Francis in his message for the exhibition opening.

Join us at the Vatican Apostolic Library and discover the power of art as a means of transforming culture towards a more sustainable future.
